PURPOSE OF USE OF PORTAL The purpose for the use of this portal is to facilitate you as our authorized intermediary to transaction insurance business with us in accordance with our terms and guidelines. We reserves the right to make changes, amendments or modification to our terms and guidelines at any time without reference to you. |
USE OF INFORMATION, MATERIALS, DATA AND DOCUMENTS The information, materials, data and documents contained in these pages or obtained herefrom are subject to change. Eligibility for any particular product or service is subject to our discretions and acceptance. ADDITIONAL USERS The user-authority assigned to you is an administrator-status authority and you are allowed to assign additional users under your account with the same or restricted authority in accordance with the rules set by us. You shall ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access to this portal and shall set up proper control procedures for the control of these additional users. You shall be fully responsible for all transactions done under your account through the portal. We reserve the right to remove the access of any user deemed not suitable or desirable to use the portal. |
USER ID AND PASSWORD You shall follow the guidelines provided by us in designating the user identification code (the "User ID") and the password (the "Password") for identifying you or other users whom you have assign to use the portal. You shall act in good faith, exercise reasonable care and diligence in keeping the User ID and the Password in secrecy. At no time and under no circumstances shall you disclose the User ID and/or Password to any other person/party. You shall be fully responsible for any accidental or unauthorised disclosure of the User ID and/or the Password to any person/party and shall bear the risks of the User ID and/or the Password being used by unauthorised persons/parties or for unauthorised purposes. This responsibility and bearing of risks remains until we receive your written notification to suspend or reassign a new User ID and/or Password to you. |

APPLICABLE LAW These terms shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore without reference to principles of conflicts of laws and any disputes shall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. |
